How are the beers packaged for delivery?
We use specially designed, reinforced cardboard boxes to ensure your beer bottles and cans arrive safely and without breakage.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, you can return unopened beer cases within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
Are the beers delivered cold?
Our beers are shipped at ambient temperature. We recommend chilling them in the refrigerator upon arrival for the best tasting experience.
What should I do if a bottle arrives damaged?
If any part of your order is damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Do you offer subscription services for beer taps?
Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans for SUB Kegs and Blade Kegs, allowing you to receive fresh draught beer at home on a regular schedule.
