Returns & Exchanges

We want you to enjoy every drop of your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return your unopened beer products or appliances within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and the seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Beerwulf account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the unopened bottles, cans, or Blade/The SUB appliances back into their original shipping boxes to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
